Good news for the local crime scorecard! The Richmond Police Department's First Precinct - Sector 112 (as shown in the map above), which contains Manchester, has seen a 28% reduction in violent crime in 2015. Property crimes have reduced by 9%. Kudos to Lieutenant Timothy Wyatt and the entire RPD!
