Dogtown Brewing Co: Coming Soon as Manchester’s newest brewery & restaurant with a rooftop bar located in a historic department store on Hull Street. The first floor brewpub will feature 20 beers piped from tank to tap, live music and a full service restaurant. The rooftop deck will feature beer, wine on tap, awesome skyline views, a bar menu, and dim sum carts. Find Your Pack. Manastoh Brewing is set to come to Manchester’s Hull Street. The food forward brewery will set up shop in the historic Bank of Commerce & Trusts building at 1128 Hull Street. Plans for the brewery include a first floor tasting room that will serve a variety of different beer styles piped from tank to tap and brewed on site. The second floor will contain an upper Mezzanine overlooking the tasting room featuring private dining and a full service kitchen. Third floor plans include a full restaurant with a menu designed by Dan Scherotter that will feature locally sourced food, a cocktail program, beer and wine on tap, and a small rooftop deck atop the historic bank. The development will also feature 3 stories of apartments along with a 6th story rooftop deck for the brewpub that will offer a bar menu and provide views of the city skyline.
