And it is rare to be able to watch this level of activity take place in a singe lifetime. But it is also a tale of two Cities: Renovated or Brand New vs. Urban Blight. It’s common to see brand new buildings going up on blank parcels right next to boarded up houses. Regardless, I am inspired by all those who are taking chances. This neighborhood has so much potential. And it is going to be incredible to watch potential become reality. The last image is of what appears to be a a new McDonough Market going up amongst the new construction.
