  1. I was in Manchester Sunday morning, and can tell that there would be a LOT less community cleaning needed if the city would simply provide trash cans (end empty them). I walked several blocks, near the south side of Mayo bridge, looking for a place to drop in some trash i picked up – and found NONE. Where is the promise of improving basic services from our Mayor?
