As a community resident, property owner, or business owner, this is your opportunity to share your opinion about the proposal to relocate the City’s homeless shelter to Manchester’s residential neighborhood. Feedback will be collected at this meeting in order to influence the Manchester Alliance Board as they work toward taking an official position (for or against) the proposed relocation. Both Councilwoman Ellen Roberston will be in attendance, as will Commonwealth Catholic Charities.
