The walk will start at 201 West 7th Street, Richmond VA 23224 in front of Camden’s Dogtown Market. Join us for a walking tour of this hip, urban area which is undergoing a massive transformation. Explore this once independent city’s pre Civil War past and look at how industrial space is being redesigned for work, living and art space in the 21st century. See one of the best views of the city from Floodwall Park. Meet in front of Camden’s Dogtown Market. $15 per person $5 for History Center Members Walk-ups welcome. Cash or check. On-street parking. This tour is presented as part of the Richmond History Tours program a premier program of the Valentine Richmond History Center.
