SunTrust is moving into the former Urban Farmhouse location in Manchester on Semmes Avenue.

With its mortgage operations center directly across the street, SunTrust will have two corners of the 12th and Semmes intersection covered. Richmond BizSense reported on the SunTrust news today where a SunTrust spokesperson declined to comment on whether it would close its existing Manchester branch at 1518 Hull St.

Urban Farmhouse shuttered its Manchester location in October of 2016 after being open for less than a year. It was the second closing of an Urban Farmhouse location in less than a year’s time.
