The Butterbean Market & Cafe is Open

Manchester’s Hull Street now has a neighborhood specialty market and cafe. The Butterbean, located at 1204 Hull Street, offers groceries, fresh produce, beer/wine, and made from scratch cafe items such as salads, soups, and sandwiches. While the store has no intent of being a large format grocery store, it plans to fill a badly needed niche for residents, office workers, as well as visitors who want access to fresh, healthy food, and a gathering spot to eat, drink, mingle, and listen to music on its outdoor patio.

After just receiving it’s long awaited health permit and beer/wine license yesterday, The Butterbean is doing a soft opening this weekend as it work to receive food and beverage deliveries to stock all its shelves. Once fully operational, both the Market and Cafe will be open 7 days a week from 8AM-11PM. This weekend for the soft opening, the market will be open from 8AM-11PM, and the cafe will serve a limited, starter menu during the hours of 11-4.

Come stop by to check out The Bean and say hi!
